These cards are easy to read and simple to use.  They are made of real wood, that has been laser cut and engraved into the perfect reference cards to use for years to come.  Each card provides different information so they can be kept together or separated to the room it is convenient to use them in.

The Cooking Meat & Poultry is a great chart because it is based on the USDA Standards for doneness.  It includes a diagram of 5 different animals with each cut of meat identified.  The card also includes a list of the of the temperature that is used to indicate doneness by type.  Use this card when cooking on the grill, in the oven, or on a stovetop to ensure your food is perfect every time.

The Oven Temps card makes converting Celsius and Fahrenheit or vice versa, in seconds so you can easily a recipe from anywhere that would use either unit type.
