All of our items are made to order. Due to the customized nature of the item, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong or faulty item. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request photographic evidence of the issue within 24 hours following the opening of a case.
Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days following the day of our written consent. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the items are not returned in their original and unused condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
